Die vorliegende Diplomarbeit untersucht die Anwendung der Global Sourcing Strategie in der Unternehmung, indem zunächst die grundsätzlichen Voraussetzungen für die Anwendbarkeit der Strategie und die Organisation des Global Sourcing beleuchtet werden. Die Prozesse des Global Sourcing werden dargestellt und die Anforderungen an das Personal aufgeführt.
