| Abstract | This book investigates the effect of University Business Pre-Incubators on their tenant firms. The results show that University Business Pre-Incubators have a positive effect on the development of their tenant firms under the following conditions: appropriate working space (free of charge), intensive coaching, mentoring and consulting, access to resources of the university and staff that gets involved with the tenant firms and their founders. Die Arbeit untersucht den Einfluss von Hochschulpräinkubatoren auf Unternehmensgründungen in der Planungsphase. Sie kommt zu dem Ergebnis, dass diese Einrichtungen einen positiven Einfluss sowohl auf die Zufriedenheit der Nutzer als auch auf die Unternehmensentwicklung nimmt durch: kostenlose Bereitstellung von passenden Räumlichkeiten, intensive Betreuung der Gründungspersonen in Form von Coaching, Mentoring und Beratung, Zugang zu Hochschulressourcen und engagiertes Personal, das sich für die Nutzerunternehmen und deren Gründungspersonen einsetzt. |
