| Abstract | Goal of this study is to show the chances and risks of Bio-databases for society, politics, law and economy within the national, supra- and international context and to develop perspectives of its risk-adequate use. Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit ist es, die sich mit Biobanken für Gesellschaft, Politik, Recht und Wirtschaft eröffnenden Chancen und Risiken zu erarbeiten, im nationalen, supra- und internationalen Kontext zu erschließen und Perspektiven ihrer risikoadäquaten Nutzung zu entwickeln. |
